Great for running and working out.I love the color combinations they offer and the jersey material is very comfortable.I'm usually a size SM in gym shorts, and while I'm still a SM in these,they are definitely on the snug side.The shorts run small and are tight/form-fitting.

This is a very high quality jersey compared to the various other brands. I had my numbers and logos twilled so the jersey looks professional. My team is switching to the compression fit. Looks decent with out pads. Very happy with the jersey
